Instructions to use QR Code:

1. Open Bank Alfalah's Alfa App.

2. Scan the QR Code at right.

3. Choose the installment period.

4. Click Proceed to complete the transaction.

5. Enter the transaction ID shown on the app or received in SMS on the form below and submit
